The location and service were top-notch during my new year stay. Being close to the railway station made traveling convenient, especially since I was coming from Beijing. The staff was friendly and quick to help with any requests.
I had a hard time reaching out to the hotel in advance as the phone number provided did not seem to work. Despite the auto-response message, calling for urgent needs did not get me in touch with the hotel staff.

The location of this hotel is pretty convenient. It is near to the railway station which makes it extremely accessible if you are travelling by high-speed train. the staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous. They provided good service which made the stay more comfortable.
My experience was a bit frustrating as I could not communicate with the hotel prior to my stay. I was trying to contact them but the phone number provided was not functional.
